Bobbie is the example others can follow, a woman who embodies poise, gracefulness, and exudes confidence. She knows who she is and the audience she is assigned to reach. A woman with fearless approach unafraid of challenging social norms by confronting fixed ideas through unconventional means. Bobbie defies most conventional ways and refuses to be limited by the expectations of others. This gives her leverage and a distinct quality and methodology that cannot be duplicated.

Bobbie has a keen eye and unique way of seeing beyond an individuals pain, possessing a visionary acuity and ability to see beyond the superficial and flawed nature of a damaged soul. What you cannot see about yourself, Bobbie has the propensity to see the wounded or emerging leader within you.

Accomplished in post secondary academics earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Xavier University of Louisiana - Ranked as A Top 3 HBCU by The Princeton Review (Best 387 Colleges) and Best Colleges U.S.News Rankings 2021. Matriculated a double Masters of Arts in Education and Psychology from Regent University of Virginia Beach, VA.  Currently an EDD Doctoral candidate on leave from Walden University.  Recently earned a Certification in Neuropsychotherapy to keep an edge in her coaching and counseling techniques to help her clients. She has held several leadership positions in faith-based organizations as well as corporate Fortune 500 Companies such as Gulf Oil, Chevron Oil, and IBM.
